BNY Mellon Municipal Bond Infrastructure Fund, Inc. (NYSE: DMB) Announces Distribution

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–BNY Mellon Municipal Bond Infrastructure Fund, Inc. (NYSE: DMB) today announced a distribution of $0.0530 per common share, payable on October 3, 2022 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 20, 2022. The ex-dividend date is September 19, 2022. The previous distribution announced in August was $0.0530 per common share.

The Fund intends to pay regular monthly distributions to its common shareholders at a uniform rate based on its projected yield. At times, to maintain a stable level of distributions, the Fund may pay less than all of its net investment income or, in addition to paying current net investment income, the Fund may pay undistributed accumulated income or may repay capital. As market conditions and portfolio performance may change, the rate of distributions on the common shares of the Fund and the distribution policy of the Fund may change.
