MUNICIPAL WASTE singer doesn’t regret making a DONALD TRUMP graphic shirt in 2016

In 2016, Municipal waste unveiled a graphic shirt of the then president donald trump evacuating the contents of his own skull. The jersey is still available despite some fans at the time not being too happy with the band’s visual choice. Now in an interview with Blabbermouth, Municipal waste singer Tony Foresta says he doesn’t regret making the shirt. Forest added that he didn’t want to get into politics with his music, but “also fuck that guy”.

“It’s pretty spooky [out in life right now], yet. There’s so much bullshit going on. I feel like our band is something people can relate to when it comes to chilling out and having a good time. I don’t want to get into politics or bullshit like that and that’s one thing I regret.

“No, I kinda regret doing that. Asset shirt. I don’t want to push political agendas into shit, but also, fuck this guy. I do not regret it. I don’t want to be a preaching group. I never wanted to be, but at the time it was fine. [Laughs]”

Forest later added that the shirt was no longer the band’s salesman, which he sees as a sign that the world is healing. Municipal waste will release their new album electrified brain due out July 1.
